In spite of the claims made by rights activists of equality , fraternity equal opportunities and the provisions of basic necessities of life the situation is still not up to the mark it is going to deteriorate day and day out its going worse day by day. the far right forces have succeeded to reach out to the powers throughout the world. the differences between rich and poor is widening from day to day. women's still in todays so called modern world are living miserable lives. the marginalized are either disfranchised , suppressed , or dislocated, or they are attacked by the lethal gases in such a chaotic world. the women folk almost 50 percent of world population are living the life with such difficulties.  almost the world society are patriarchal hence womenfolk are mistreated , humiliated , exploited abused and yes of  course  mistreated as sub humane beings. the deep roots of such societies practices are implied which revels the anti women attitudes of their men folk. The very first thing that women's face are the choice of their spouses or life partners and second they are disinherited from the MIRAS. as far as their marriage life is concerned they are mostly arranged pre behind from the scenes and later they are imposed on them. according to the recent reports of Islamabad NCSW (National Commission on the Status of Women) in Pakistan more than half (63.4) percent marriages are prearranged by the elders while only (2.25 percent) marriages are backed by the express of brides. another shocking factor we see mostly in Pakistan are that the the price of the brides are received called Wlaver whose ratio is (14.87 percent). exchange marriages are also practiced that is one bride is bartered for another bride. in such cases of Watta Satta the bride is treated as the free commodity of market. especially the statics shows the higher rate of such cases in Baluchistan which is (81.5 percent) where Watta Satta cases are at the top having ratio of (17.5 percent). but the most anti women practice of Swara as the girl is given to the rival party as compensation for the wrong doings male relatives.

such practices have disturbed women in  most societies especially in Pakistan . moreover the practices of female fetes in pre natal stages are also deprived. they are deprived from school and college education in Pakistan 55 percent of women are ignored about three R's while 67 percent of women in rural areas are illetrate. Most of the Third World societies are replete with the occurrence of such violence's on gender bias. According to a survey conducted by a non -governmental organization Plan UK working for women's rights in the Great Britain "almost half of the girls aged up to 18 feel unsafe in Britain biggest cities and are often scared to go out even in their neighborhood. similarly a survey was performed in Egypt became victims of of the uncalled for attention and piecing and aggressive eyes of men  everyday. 98 percent of women at every sector of the worlds faces sexual harassments. 

A functionary of Aurat Foundation says about the wide spread gender based violence in these words

" Women face some sort of violence's sometimes physical , sometimes psychological in every third household of Pakistan , mostly in rural areas but it goes unreported as domestic violence's is not considered a form of crime. our women are too ingrained with notions of sacrifice and loyalty to their in-laws that they bear all the pain they receive after marriage."
